Starting the recruitment journey with musanad
A supportive program for domestic workers: allows employers to specify their requirements for domestic workers, such as age, religion and previous experience. In turn, recruitment offices and agencies provide clients with up to five profiles of homeworkers to choose from. Once the decision is made, the employer can pay the recruitment fee and sign an electronic contract with the recruitment office. This electronic contract is different from the contract concluded between the employer and the domestic worker in the country of origin
